Fairfield Neighborhood is located in the beautiful City of Camarillo just off the 101 freeway. It was built in 1987 by Pardee Homes. Our association is also known as Fairfield I, since there is a nearby community known as Fairfield II. Our amenities include a community pool and spa. The pool area has a shower and two restrooms. Next to the pool area is a recreational vehicle storage lot that is secured. The community's front yards are maintained by the HOA and the association provides all water, sprinkler controllers and irrigation lines to keep the area beautifully maintained.
